Shipping policy

Delivery Area:
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Costs:
A flat shipping fee of £2.95 per order applies (including statutory VAT).

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within the UK takes approximately 3–5 business days after order confirmation (or after receipt of payment in the case of prepayment).

Please Note:
– No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
– If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest estimated delivery time.
